Rustic * Western * Vintage STORES we Love!!
As a merchant at heart I have a special affection for the folks out there who are working so hard every day to create the retail store of their dreams.
Of course, the stores with a Rustic * Western * Vintage vibe have a very special place in my heart… we currently have almost 200 stores on our Cactus Creek Stores LIST, and I’m sure that’s just the tip of the iceberg. It has been a wonderful journey across the country {and beyond} to find these special retail venues and I wanted to share a few of them with you. {The stores are chosen randomly, although I did make sure each of them offered online shopping to assure that we can shop with them even if our summer vacations are becoming ”staycations”.}
Cry Baby Ranch
Based in Denver, Colorado Cry Baby Ranch is one of my favorite online stores… last January I visited the Brick & Mortar version and I was not disappointed. The space is hip with a careful selection of to~die for clothes that are perfect for even the most modern cowgirl.
Prairie Edge Trading Co. & Galleries
Located at 6th & Main in Rapid City, South Dakota, Prairie Edge Trading Co. & Galleries offers authentic Native American jewelry, interior accessories, music and more.
Papa Bears Northwoods Store
This Wisconsin store stood out because it is truly a one stop shop… you can even buy your log home here!! {they are dealers for Golden Eagle Log Homes} Build your home, furnish & decorate it, all at this one friendly store.
Santa Fe Ranch
Not one, but TWO Florida locations of Santa Fe Ranch offer Western * Rustic home decor over on the East Coast. They also have an excellent online selection that you’ll want to put on your FAVES list.
Tippy Canoe
A store in Truckee, California {Sierra Nevada Mountain Range}, Tippy Canoe is committed to a beautiful selection perfect for mountain living. Even if you live on the Kansas prairie, their online store can hook you up.
Will Wyatt’s Cowboy Couture
So let’s say you do live in Kansas, then you have to visit Will Wyatt’s based in Overland Park, Kansas, just south of Kansas City. Situated in a two story house, Will Wyatt’s offers an even mix of Western clothing, jewelry, boots & home decor.
Old Territorial Indian Arts
I’m feeling a real need to take a visit to the Southwest… adobe homes, delish food, arid desert, and killer shopping. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Old Territorial Indian Arts will be my first stop for vintage jewelry, decor and authentic Native arts.

From vintage spurs, to cowhide rugs, to leather rockers, Bitterroot Bit & Spur’s Hamilton, Montana location has everything you could need to complete a Montana Lifestyle in your very own home.
Bugaboo Home
Mason, Ohio is the hometown for Bugaboo Home, a retail store and design firm offering rustic yet elegant style. They also have an exceptional online store that you will LOVE!!
