Places to SHOP: Junk Jubilee {Spring 2011}
I still have pictures from Texas that I’ve promised myself to get online this week… we’ve been so busy and I just can’t seem to keep up, which is a good thing… nothing to complain about!! In the past couple of weeks I’ve been to several great “junk” shows that I want to share… the first was Junk Jubilee in Des Moines, Iowa on April 8, 9 & 10, 2011.
It was the 1st Annual Junk Jubilee and I can say {without a doubt} that the producers of the event {Miccia Humphrey and Jan Heddinger} did an exceptional job at gathering amazing vendors. I was so impressed by all of the vendors and the unique items that they brought to the show.

From primitives, to recycled art, to repurposed junk, to fine antiques, to ”farmtiques”, to industrial wares ~ there was no way to leave without something brilliant.

Rumor has it that they’ll be doing the show again next spring… we can’t wait to be a part of the 2nd Annual Junk Jubilee… and I’m sure there will be years more to come!!!
